When Good News Can Mean Bad News: 2021 and Increasing Interest Rates

Increased interest rates reduce the house we’re able to afford. For every .5% (one-half) percent increase in interest rate, your purchasing power may be decreased by about 4 to 5 percent. Interest rates are currently at their lowest levels ever, but who knows when they will increase. One thing that remains constant is the value that modular construction provides when building your custom home.
